Project Summary: This is another Allan Block wall installation to solve the problem of a steep incline the main entrance of this new home. In an attempt to break up the wall, we selected the blended smoke color block, and incorporated plantings tiers on the end. The walkway was constructed with Bolduc brand "Chateau" pavers. This particular style of pavers was very popular this year, incorporating 4 different sized pavers for a random, natural type of look. The incorporation of a circle kit on the top landing adds a touch of class. As this installation was finished during the first week of December, the landscape will be completed with complimentary shrubs, perennials and annual flowers in the spring. Note: These photos were taken shortly before construction was complete. Therefore, final cap pieces and installation of walkway stabilizing sand are not depicted in these photos.
